About Ericca Jones

Ericca Jones is the Founder and Director of Salted Grace Ministries located in Thomasville, Georgia. She is a trauma-informed ministry leader who believes wholeheartedly in the redemptive love of Jesus Christ and His ability to heal and restore the lives of all who have been wounded by traumatic experiences. Ericca is passionate about helping others overcome the hinderances that keep them from becoming resilient disciples of Jesus and successful in their God-given purpose(s) for life.

Retired Law Enforcement professional, Ericca holds a M.A. in Ministry and Biblical Studies from Virginia Bible College and a B.A. in Government, International Politics and Legal Studies from George Mason University. Ericca serves as Minister, Mental Wellness Coach, Professional Christian Life Coach, Biblical Counsel, and Trauma Healing Facilitator for Salted Grace Ministries.

Ericca is certified as a Biblical Counselor, Mental Health Christian Life Coach, and Professional Christian Life Coach through Light University. Ericca is certified as a Trauma Healing Facilitator with the Trauma Healing Institute. Ericca has also been certified to serve in Crisis Incident Stress Management (CISM) and crisis negotiations. Ericca is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and International Christian Coaches Association and she utilizes biblical principles as the foundation for all services provided through Salted Grace Ministries.

Yet more than anything, Ericca is a Christ-centered, Holy Spirit-led, grace-filled woman of God, passionate about helping others walk in the fullness of who God created them to be. She has journeyed from survivor to guardian of justice to minister of reconciliation .

Ericca’s story is one of hope, healing, redemption and transformation. Through her own journey of painful experiences and triumphant transformation, she encountered the redemptive love of Christ Jesus. She now dedicates her life to helping others with Christ-centered counsel - creating safe and sacred spaces for healing and transformation.

Through her powerful testimony, sound biblical teaching, and practical tools for renewing the mind and strengthening resilience, Ericca equips others to overcome trauma, embrace their God-given identity, and live courageously as resilient disciples of Christ Jesus.
